Deposit / Cancellation Policy
- A minimum deposit 25% of the total invoice value is payable at the point of accommodation reservation.
- Reservations must be confirmed in writing, signed and posted or sent by facsimile at the point of accommodation reservation.
- Full deposit may be returned if cancellation is received in writing by post or facsimile 21 days prior to date of arrival.
- 50% of the deposit may be returned if cancellation is received in writing by post or facsimile between 14 to 20 days prior to date of arrival.
- Deposits will not be returned if cancellation is made 13 days or less prior to date of arrival.
- Check out is 11:00 latest on day of departure.
Should you wish to check out later than 12:00:
- Up to 18:00 a charge of 50% of the daily rate will be administered.
- From 18:00 a charge of 100% of the daily rate will be administered.
